URGENT MEDICAL PROBLEMS WHICH WILL BE TRIAGED CALL AT
If you feel you have a medical problem that needs to be seen on the day and it cannot wait until the next bookable appointment, the receptionist will advise you when you should attend. If, however, you feel that your condition can wait, the receptionists will be able to book you an appointment in advance FROM 10.30am. These can be booked with the doctor of choice, subject to availability and are also available from 10.30am online.
When booking an appointment we would be grateful if you could provide the receptionist with brief details of your problem so that you can be offered an appointment with an appropriate member of our team.
All appointments are 10 minutes for each patient. Please do not make the doctor run late by asking for another family member to be seen. It is not fair to other patients who have booked appointments. Double appointments are at the GP request.
Please tell us if you want someone to accompany you during an examination or a private room to discuss matters. Remember, however, that information can only be given to the patient, unless that patient has provided written permission to let us speak to someone else.
We also offer the following booked appointments outside of normal surgery hours as a commitment to providing flexibility for you:
We offer pre-booked telephone consultations with the doctors for patients who do not feel that they need to be seen but require some advice or wish to speak about test results or to update repeat prescriptions. These appointments can be booked in advance.

There are also 'on the day' telephone appointments available for advice. However, these can only be booked on the day and you would need to telephone first thing in the morning.
For more information regarding our appointments please speak to one of our receptionists
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. We have a patient cancellation line (24hrs) on 0208 236 2519.
